Early in my career at Company C, I learned the importance of performance. Working on high-volume e-commerce platforms taught me how milliseconds matter. I optimized Vue.js applications, implemented SSR, and built systems that allowed marketing teams to launch campaigns without touching a line of code.
Mastering the Full Stack (Distributed Teams Era)
Transitioning to a remote role with a Non-Profit Organization changed how I work. I took ownership of 3 critical internal management systems. It wasn’t just about the frontend anymore; I dove deep into Golang and Database Design, architecting permission controls (RBAC) and automated approval flows. The highlight? I reduced manual reporting time by 30%+ for the operations team. This experience cemented my belief that good engineering is about empathy for the end-user—even if that user is your colleague.
